Spring Session - Group Training; starts April 20th!!

Group Training is a great way to achieve your goals, work in a positive team setting and is affordable.  Strength training is a fundamental part of any exercise and sport program.

Don’t wait until after Easter to start, register today!

8 Week Session: April 2oth – June 13 or 20th week

Group A: Ladies – Mon @ 8pm, Wed @ 6pm and Sat @ 8:00am.

Group B: Ladies – Mon @ 7pm and Thurs @ 7pm

Group C: Men’s – Mon @ 6pm, Wed @ 7pm and Sat @ 9:00am.

Group D: Ladies – Mon, Wed, Fri @ 6am.

8 weeks for

$330.00/3 days a week

$220.00/2 days a week

10 Drop in Sessions: $160.00

Single Drop in: $20

All groups are a MIN of 4. to run and MAX of 6-7.  HIIT/Plyo session can be 8 per group.

Payment is due before OR at first class (e-mail transfer, cash or cheque).
