8 Week Session: April 2oth – June 13 or 20th week
Group A: Ladies – Mon @ 8pm, Wed @ 6pm and Sat @ 8:00am.
Group B: Ladies – Mon @ 7pm and Thurs @ 7pm
Group C: Men’s – Mon @ 6pm, Wed @ 7pm and Sat @ 9:00am.
Group D: Ladies – Mon, Wed, Fri @ 6am.

All groups are a MIN of 4. to run and MAX of 6-7. HIIT/Plyo session can be 8 per group.
