- Mon & Thurs @ 7pm
Ladies C: **new day/time
- Mon & Wed @ 6am
- Mon @ 6pm OR 8pm (pending #)
- Wed @ 7pm
- Sat @ 9am *conditioning & core class
- Fri @ 9am **conditioning & core class
All classes require min. 4 registered to run group or groups may be combined.
10 Drop in sessions: $160.00
1 Drop in session: $20.00
