SPRING SESSION #1 – Group Strength Training

Days and times available below, REGISTER ASAP to secure your spot and get ready to work hard ladies and gents!

Ladies A:

  • Mon & Wed @ 6pm
  • Sat @ 8am *conditioning & core class

Ladies B:

  • Mon & Thurs @ 7pm

Ladies C:  **new day/time

  •  Mon & Wed @ 6am

 Men’s A:

  • Mon @ 6pm OR 8pm (pending #)
  • Wed @ 7pm
  • Sat @ 9am *conditioning & core class

Ladies D:

  • Fri @ 9am **conditioning &  core class

All classes require min. 4 registered to run group or groups may be combined.

Group ladies

RATES:

1x/week: $120.00

2x/week:  $230.00

3x/week:  $336.00

10 Drop in sessions:  $160.00

1 Drop in session:  $20.00

**All rates are subject to GST. **Payments required before or at 1st class.
