My Transformation Tuesday: 2012 - 2015
Transformation Tuesday!
This is a few years of training and getting back into contest mode after having my 2 girls. It has been a process but my my main objectives are:
♡My Desire to be better
♡ My dedication to my training
♡ My determination to reach and achieve my goals!
♡ My discipline to nutrition and finding balance in my life.
Top Left is 2012, tried figure post children. I decided heels were not for me and I loved posing too much.
Top Right is Prov 2014, 3rd Place in physique and I loved getting back into training, routine design and rocking my improved package on stage!
Bottom Left is Prov 2015, improved and more conditioned, placing 4th and truly enjoyed the experience
Bottom Right is INBF 2015, 1st place and overall WNBF Pro Ms.Fit Body card earned! This is and was my best package on stage to date and my training, dedication and determination PAID OFF!! I am extremely blessed to have earned a pro card as a Natural athlete and will continue to improve my overall physique. “Motivation gets you going, Discipline keeps you going”
