June Challenge - Push Yourself!

June Challenge for you to complete when you are on the go, at the lake, on vacation, etc.  Anytime, Anywhere.

Your health & fitness do not take holidays, so keep on moving and enjoy the outdoors!

Warm up:

30secs – 45secs each of:

-Jogging on spot, Butt Kicks & Jumping Jacks.

Challenge:

– 20 Burpees

-10 Walkout Push ups

– 20 Dips

– 10 Lunges per leg

– 20 mountain climbers (each side)

– 10 Tuck Jumps

Rest 45secs & REPEAT 5x

Don’t stop when you are tired, Stop when your workout is done!
