Group Training is a great way to get in regular workouts on a weekly basis!

We feel some of the benefits of Group Training are:

1. Certified Personal Trainer; having a trainer program, instruct and also monitor your form and technique during your workouts is a great way to ensure you’re continually progressing and doing the exercises right.

2. Accountability; you commit and register for a certain number of times per week which helps you create a routine, and get your workouts in weekly.

3. You get to meet others, enjoy the group comradery and have fun!

4. Affordable; class price range from $16-$20 per class

5. Welcoming; anyone can do group classes regardless of fitness background, level or age!
