Strength training is a fundamental part of any exercise and sport program. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bones, muscle, tendon & ligament strength, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury,increased metabolism, fitness, improved cardiac function.

8 Week Session: June 15th – August 8th, 2015.
Group A: Ladies – Mon and Wed @ 6pm and Sat @ 8:00am.
Group B: Ladies – Mon @ 7pm and Wed @ 8pm OR Thurs @ 7pm
Group C: Men’s – Mon and Wed @ 7pm and Sat @ 9:00am.
**NEW Group D: Ladies – Tues & Thurs @ 1pm.

10 Drop in Sessions: $160.00
Single Drop in: $20
All groups are a MIN of 4. to run and MAX of 6-7. HIIT/Plyo session can be 8 per group. **Summer months, we work outside alot to take advantage of the nice weather and hills!
Payment is due before OR at first class (e-mail transfer, cash or cheque).
