Warm up 5-10mins of any cardio exercise you enjoy (walk, jog, bike, stairs, jumping jacks, etc) and stretch.
*Take your time to complete each rep properly.
10 – Push ups
20 – Jumping Squats
30 – Lunges (per leg)
40 – Full sit-ups
50 Sec – Wall SquatÂ
90 Sec – Jumping Jacks
50 Sec – Wall Squat
40 – Full sit-ups
30 – Lunges (per leg)
20 – Jumping Squats
10 – Push ups
REPEAT 1-3x
Cool-down and stretch.
