FOUNDATION FITNESS

Owner and Head Personal Trainer, Jaime Otitoju has been involved in sports and fitness since grade school, so well over 2 decades now!  She played all sports growing up and as she went through high school, Jaime quickly realized her passion for Rugby and Weight training in the gym. As a young girl, Jaime would often go to the gym with her dad and watch people work out while he trained. This was a fundamental part in growing up to love the gym!

Posted @withregram • @strongerbytk Come with us for a quick at home workout 🐶🫶🏻 ‌ With it just being the two of us at home for the first time since surgery, it’s much easier to hobble downstairs than it is to navigate making it to the gym. ‌ Today sure put things into perspective about how often we take the privilege of being physically capable for granted. ‌ Walking, running, lifting - a simple little task like bending to tie your shoes - that we do every day without a second thought. ‌ It’s only when injury, pain, or limitation sets in that we truly understand how important being capable is to our physical and mental health. ‌ The conditions of a basement workout aren’t what I’m used to, but they are MUCH better than being laid up on the coach a week ago. ‌ Your circumstances might suck, but someone always has it worse than you. That doesn’t discredit where you are, it just might help to look at things from a different perspective. ‌ Take care of what you have and don’t wait until it’s gone to appreciate it 🙌🏻 #Health #Healthy #HealthyLiving #HealthyLifestyle #Recovery #Strength #StrengthTraining #Gratitude
