Owner/Trainer: Jaime Otitoju

I have been involved in sports and fitness since grade school. I played all sports growing up and as I went through high school I realized my passion for Rugby and weight training. As a young girl, I would often go to the gym with my dad and watch people work out while he trained. This was a fundamental part in growing up to love the gym!

My goal as a natural physique competitor was to earn my pro card in the Ms. Fit Body division. I accomplished this goal through the INBF Canada organization in Winnipeg, Manitoba on June 20th, 2015 and I am a current official WNBF (World Natural BodyBuilding Federation) Professional. A total dream came true and over a decade of hard work!

I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) organization and First Aid/CPR Level C & AED certified. I have also been involved in the bodybuilding/fitness industry as a competitor over the past 10+ years, and was a past club & provincial Rugby player for over 10 years.

I believe my experience, knowledge, and positivity would be a great asset in helping you achieve your goals. This can be done through one on one training, partner/group training, program development and consultations, encouragement and follow up sessions. If you are passionate about making a change, I will challenge you along the way.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to provide you with the proper foundation for fitness through the following 3 principles I believe in, all focused on the client`s needs.


Trainer: Dennis Smythe

Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a strength coach, personal trainer, husband, father and athlete. I have a HUGE passion for helping people move and feel better. My moto is Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better. My goal is to help people of different abilities achieve their fitness goals through programs based around THEM and THEIR needs. I don’t believe in placing people into my own box, I find what works best for each individual to meet their goals.I Hold a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in adapted physical activity, I am a Functional Movement Specialist and I also hold a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.I have seven years experience as a trainer and strength coach and hold a wealth of knowledge about human movement and fitness programming. I always strive to provide the best programming and training and have continued success with clients working on general fitness, clients struggling with weight loss, combat athletes, and helping all clients improve their movement and mobility.  My goal is to help people achieve the best version of themselves by designing specific programs based around their needs and goals.


Trainer: Denis LaBreche

Denis LaBreche is a National level Powerlifter and Strongman. Having competing at multiple CPU (Canadian Powerlifting Union) and CAASA (Canadian Amateur Association of Strength Athletes Championships. He has worked with countless clients from every demographic. From high level strength athletes to people who have never even been in a gym!

His knowledge and expertise is in being able to get the very best out of every client he works with. Whether the goal is to be a top level strongman or to lose some body fat and change lifestyle and habits, Denis has a knack for being able to reach a client on a personal level, both in the gym and in the kitchen.

He is also the owner of Saskatchewan Strongman, and one of the most recognized promoters of the sport in Western Canada.
